- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude as hell. Called to get info about carseats for my son and they acted like I was stupid. Didn't ask as to why I was replacing the carseat he was in, just bluntly said that he needed to stay in it. Little do they know, his carseat is 5 years old and expired.
